Please include the phone number or email address used with the service so we can locate the correct record.

To protect customer privacy, we may ask for reasonable information to verify that the requester is the customer or is authorized to act on behalf of the customer. We will not use verification information for unrelated marketing.

Where legally and operationally possible, we may delete, anonymize, correct, or restrict customer profile details, loyalty marketing preferences, Wallet pass marketing preferences, saved address details, and non-essential communication preferences.

Customers may also opt out of WhatsApp marketing at any time by replying STOP to a marketing message or by contacting us directly.

Some records may need to be retained even after a deletion request. These may include order records, payment confirmation records, refund records, VAT or accounting records, fraud prevention records, delivery dispute records, complaint handling records, and legal or regulatory records.

Where retention is required or reasonably necessary, we will limit use of retained information to the relevant business, legal, accounting, security, dispute, or compliance purpose.

We aim to review deletion and privacy requests as soon as reasonably possible. Complex requests, verification issues, payment disputes, or legal/accounting checks may take longer.
